I went in to go and get my hair trimmed and when I looked at in the mirror it wasn’t even level and she told me that it was and I was just seeing things.

The girl that cut my hair, didnt wear deoderant. And the she botched my hair cut. told them i wanted and inch off of the top and she cut off like 4. terrible experience and will nver come back.

Horrible: I showed the new girl a pacifier of how I liked it and described the blades to use. She left me with a inch bald spot around my head no fade what so ever. To top it off talked crap and put great clips. I came there because great clips did a bad job and not I’ll be leaving this place too. Usually get a decent hair cut that I can live with but then took a photo of the back where I can see it and it’s not even close to straight and the bald spot, she left haft hair there. Horrible place, people are decent but none are good. The new girl from Vegas said she could of been hired by great clips and super cuts but don’t want to be know for bad hair cuts...Well must of been a joke on me,

Chelsea has always me exactly what I was looking for in a cut, I cannot say enough in regards to how well she does with my hair and beard.. With the online scheduling, I am able to get in within a few minutes of my appointment.

I normally have a good experience here, that is why it is 3 stars. Checked in online and was given a 9 minute wait, took about 7 to get here and had to wait an additional 20 minutes and had to leave cause I was trying to fit in my son's haircut before another appointment. Came in about 2 hours later and was given a 4 minute wait and saw employee walking around messing at her station and thankfully only waited another 5 minutes before a different employee came up. Very disappointed in the wait time and attitude this visit.

Wad waiting for a selected stylist for 20 minutes. Was passed by for someone who did not] check in online. Went across the street to great clips and got a great cut and as usual left a generous tip for the great service. I won't be back or recommend

So I selected 1 star cuz unfortunately there isn't an option for less... First off, the stylist (Lukas) smelt like he just rolled around in an ash tray, was talking about how bad his cold was and kept sneezing into his hands and never washed them.... Cut my hair way too short. Argued with me when i declined his offer to trim my beard. Soaked my shirt thru the apron with how much water he sprayed on my hair and after trimming my neckline got most of it down my shirt. And when i made it very obvious that I did not want to have a conversation and just wanted to watch the game he kept chatting and acted butthurt when i gave short answers. Its pretty painfully obvious now why Locker Room on hwy 41 was fully booked(they are awesome fyi) and why there was literally not a single person at sports clips besides the couple so called "stylists" thanks for a terrible terrible cut and probably a nasty cold Lukas. I'll never be back in .
